This project is evolved from the term projects of, and jointly developed with students of CS311/CS711 Fall/2000, and CS311/CS711 Spring/2001.

On utility 3.1:
*** Ioannis Flangofas contributes to 90% of the implementation.
On utility 4.1:
*** Ping He, Liping He, Xin Wang contribute to 50% of the implementation.
*** Jeffrey Ng, Kimbian Singh, and Babita Singal contribute to useful ideas about the business logic of the study plan.
On utility 4.2:
*** David (Chun) Lee contributes to 80% of the implementation.
On utility 4.4:
*** Hongbin Wang contributes to 20% of the implementation.
*** Yehia Khalid contributes to the initial discussion with Hingbin Wang for the implementation.
On utility 6.2 and 6.3:
*** Shi Ming Y. contributes to 70% of the implementation.
